Subject:  To the Ohio Quad Team Applicants

 

 

 

Thank you for applying for the 2007 Ohio/Lake Erie Quad Team.

 

I will be e-mailing everyone again late December 19^th or early December 20^th as to who has been selected for this year’s team, along with what events everyone has been selected for.

 

 

In the mean time, I have some notes for everyone:

 

 

1.                   You can update your times until December 19^th at 10am.  To update your times, just email me whatever times you need updated.  TIMES WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY BE UPDATED.  YOU MUST E-MAIL WHICH TIMES YOU WISH TO BE UPDATED.  You will be entered at the time you submitted, even if I have a faster time on record.  To verify times from meets outside of the Ohio/Lake Erie LSC – I will need a copy of the “TM Meet Results File.”  (TM = Team Manager)  For all those going to the Pittsburg meet this weekend, I only need 1 copy of it.

 

2.                   If I was unable to verify any of the times you submitted, you have until the December 19^th times update deadline to prove your time, or I will use the fastest time that I have on record for the swimmer.

 

3.                   Not everyone applied in all their events.  Once you have a time cut in one event, you may apply in EVERY event.  You may get to swim an event you didn’t think you would, as long as you apply for it.  If you would like to add events, you need to e-mail me by the December 19^th deadline.

 

4.                   If you wish not to swim an event, don’t submit a time in it.  If you would like to be taken out of consideration for some events that you have submitted times for, notify me by the December 19^th deadline.

 

5.                   PLEASE: whenever e-mailing me, include somewhere in the e-mail the swimmer’s name so I know who we are talking about.  I’ve been getting confused on some e-mail exchanges.

 

 

The next e-mail will contain instructions on what to do once the team is selected.
